Inter Milan again target Premier League, this time for striker duo
Italian giants Inter Milan have reportedly set their sights on Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Manchester United forward Anthony Martial if reports in Italy are to be believed.
Their star forward Lautaro Martinez is one of the most sought-after players in Europe right now and it is claimed that the Nerazzurri are preparing themselves to replace the Argentine if the 22-year-old is lured away.
As per reports in Italy, Antonio Conte has already begun planning for Martinez's replacement by targeting Premier League duo Martial and Aubameyang.
Argentinian striker Martinez, once linked with the Red Devils, has been identified by Barcelona as the man to eventually replace Luis Suarez.
The 22-year-old, who has a reported release clause of £92million, seems destined to depart the San Siro in the summer and is also being chased by Barcelona's biggest rivals Real Madrid.
And Conte is once again set to return to England to find a possible replacement for the gifted Argentine forward.
Inter have strengthened significantly with players signed from the Premier League with Romelu Lukaku setting the trend with a £74 million move from United.
They also have signed Ashley Young and Christian Eriksen from England while Alexis Sanchez and Victor Moses both moved on loan.
Arsenal superstar Aubameyang will have just a year left on his Arsenal deal at the end of the campaign and has been strongly linked with an exit.
The Arsenal head of football Raul Sanllehi has made it clear that no one will be allowed to run down their deals.
It is also reported that the Gabon international could be axed by Mikel Arteta at the end of the campaign as he plots a major squad overhaul.
The Gunners want the former Borussia Dortmund forward to sign a new deal but the prospect of missing Champions League for the third successive season could prove to be a stumbling block in the discussions.
It is also claimed that Inter could rival Premier League champions elect Liverpool for Timo Werner whilst an audacious move for Antoine Griezmann has also been mooted.
Olivier Giroud and Dries Mertens, who both have contracts set to expire in the summer, are also linked strongly with a move to San Siro.
