Coming in as the replacement for Rohit Sharma, Ishan Kishan made history as he scored an incredible 210 off just 131 deliveries. 

The pocket dynamite went all guns blazing against Bangladesh, smashing 24 boundaries and 10 sixes with an astounding strike rate of 160.31. It is a rare sight seeing someone overshadowing the 72nd international hundred of Virat Kohli, which speaks volumes of how impactful this inning has been from the Jharkhand wicket-keeper.

4) 3rd highest runs scored in terms of boundaries

156 runs were scored only in boundaries by Ishan Kishan. Only two batsmen have a higher score only from boundaries - 162 by Martin Guptill against the West Indies in the 2015 World Cup and 186 by Rohit Sharma against Sri Lanka in 2014.

409/8 is the highest total in an ODI against Bangladesh. The previous record was held by England, who scored 391/4 in 50 overs.
