He won his first title in Stockholm in 2019 and helped Canada reach its first Davis Cup finals. He reached his highest career ranking of 13 in January this year.
Stefanos Tsitsipas, 21
Both his parents have a tennis background and eventually, he made a career in this particular sport. He started playing tennis when he was just six years old.
He is the first Greek male player in the Open Era to win a junior Grand Slam title. He is currently the reigning champion at the ATP Finals.
His moment of fame came when he defeated his idol Roger Federer in the Australian Open earlier this year. He achieved his highest career ranking of No 5 in August 2019.
Dominic Thiem, 26

In the Australian Open this year, he lost the final to Novak Djokovic. But he has had his share of success, beating Roger Federer to win his first ATP Tour Masters 1000 title at Indian Wells in 2020. He is currently ranked No 3 in the world.
Sofia Kenin, 21
She has come into prominence in the last couple of years. She is the current reigning champion at the Australian Open, becoming the youngest American to win a Grand Slam since Serena Williams in 2002.
She was also named the WTA Most Improved Player of the Year last year. She has won five WTA singles titles and two WTA double titles. She achieved her career-best ranking of 4 as on March 2020.
Belinda Bencic, 23
She started playing tennis at the age of just two. She was ranked No 1 junior in the world when she was just 16.
She won two junior Grand Slam singles titles as well. In the 2014 US Open, she became the youngest quarterfinalist since Martina Hingis in 1997.
From 2016 to 2018, she suffered injuries and dropped outside of the top 300. But Bencic made a comeback in 2019, finishing the year inside the top 10 for the first time in her career, and that helped her win the WTA Comeback Player of the Year award.
